This beautifully crafted shoe, which has excellent support inside and great fit around the heel, is in spite of appearance, quite shallow and crowded in the forefoot for my high arched and rigid foot. I had to return it for that reason.

I had a pair of these that I wore into near complete destruction. They were comfortable from day one and got me through plantar fasciitis back to regular activity. One of the selling points was the ability to repair these shoes. When I sent them in to the Nushoe repair provided I was told there were not soles for either this pair or other pair I sent in. This was disappointing as this was a big purchase for me and that had been the thing that made me buy my first pair. I decided to buy another pair but now I’m concerned that I won’t be able to resole my other Finn comfort shoes as I had planned. As someone who does not have an endless budget for new shoes I’m concerned I have bought into a repair plan that I won’t actually be able to use. The shoes themselves are great and I do recommend them. But don’t count on being able to repair them as advertised.

I love these shoes, my second pair, working on getting all colors! They are the only shoes I wear, helped with foot pain, knee pain and back pain!

I have these shoes in Atlantic. And by the way I really wish they would make more of this particular shoe in the Atlantic style (white trim and laces) in varing colors because I would buy them all. I have a second pair in light blue. They are the most comfortable walking shoe I have ever experienced. I have a wide toe bed and a high insole but, my ankles and heel are normal to narrow. This shoe is able to cover all those bases for me. Additionally, if I could figure out which other shoes have the same fit as Ikebukuro, I would purchase those too. I've tried Soho, Swansea, and Barlettas in the Finn Comfort line and they are not comfortable. However, the Ikebukuro is a great shoe, it has good wear, and I can't imagine wearing anything else for regular daily wear.

Great shoe in look in the navy and white. super comfortable and looks great with jeans. Please make it in black and white as well, to replace the Ceylon black and white that no longer is available.

I had to search for a new brand of footwear once Birkenstock ended their high-arch line. This shoe is it! I had intended to wear them for casual use only, then decided to wear for work as well. They offer Great support, maintain their shape and are easy to keep clean (especially important as a Nurse). Mine are just starting to signs of wear after about 4 years.

The Ikebukuro shoes are the only shoes I wear. Without hesitation, I would give them 6 stars if I could. I walk a lot; with my arches and plantar fasciitis, I’ve found them to be the most comfortable and supportive shoe for me. They are expertly made by hand and wear very, very well - I still have the first pair from at least 15 years ago. AND - they are so cute and stylish with an array of beautiful colors/ finishes. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
